How to delete your charger from your account with the myWallbox app?

You can unlink your charger(s) anytime through the myWallbox app or the portal.

You need Admin or Super-Admin permissions to unlink a charger.

  1. Log into the myWallbox app.
  2. Tap the charger you want to unlink.
  3. Tap the Settings icon.
  4. Go to Installation options.
  5. Tap UNLINK CHARGER at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Tap ACCEPT.

Your charger is now unlinked.
