How to lock/unlock your charger and set auto-lock protection

 

IMPORTANT: The charger should be connected to the internet for making any changes in the automatic lock status. The auto-lock can be enabled or disabled through the portal only if you have a subscription for myWallbox business or standard plans.

Enabling/Disabling Auto-Lock feature from the myWallbox App

1. Open the myWallbox mobile app and log in. 

2. Select your charger.

3. Click the Configuration icon on the top right of your screen.

 

4. Select “Advanced Options

 

 

5. The auto-lock is enabled by default. To disable it, switch the button position to off.

 6. Click SAVE.

IMPORTANT: At any instance, you can disable the auto-lock. When the auto-lock is disabled, everyone will be able to use your charger.

 

 

Enabling/Disabling Auto-Lock feature from the myWallbox portal

The auto lock can be enabled or disabled through the portal only if:

  • The charger is connected to the internet.
  • You have a subscription for myWallbox business or standard plans.
  1. Log on to the myWallbox portal.
  2. On the Chargers page, click the relevant charger.

 

The protection by auto-lock feature is enabled by default.

 

3. Specify the time for the auto-lock.

 

 

4. Click SAVE.

IMPORTANT: At any instance, you can disable the auto-lock. When the auto-lock is disabled, everyone will be able to use your charger.
