How to activate the myWallbox Business plan provided with your Commander 2?

Your Commander 2 now includes a free myWallbox Business subscription, so you can get access to advanced features for your business.

In case you already have an active Business plan, you only need to link your new Commander 2 units from the myWallbox app or the portal. If you have an active Basic or Standard plan, you can upgrade to the Business plan at no extra cost for the new Commander 2 units linked to your account. It’s included!

To activate and start using your free Business Plan, follow the steps below:

  1. Create a new myWallbox account or log in to your existing account.
  1. Add your charger to your myWallbox account, either through the app or the portal.
  1. In the portal, click the profile icon, then click Settings.
  1. The bloc section shows your current plan. Click UPGRADE PLAN.
  1. Select the “Plan Business” and click on Upgrade now.
  1. Fill in your billing information and your credit card details. You will NOT be charged for any new Commander 2 units linked to the account.

Entering a valid payment method is required even if the resulting total amount is €0. The cost calculation will not take into account any new Commander 2 units added to the account.

  1. Check the terms and conditions acceptance box and click Subscribe now! to activate your Plan Business.
  1. Your Business Plan is activated! You now have access to business features like:
    • Dynamic Power Sharing,
    • Monetization Features,
    • Tools to efficiently manage your infrastructure.
