How to restore the firmware of your charger

If you are experiencing bugs or problems with your Pulsar, you might want to restore it by restoring its firmware.

  1. Make sure that your smartphone has Bluetooth connection enabled.
  2. Ensure you have the latest version of the Wallbox app downloaded on your phone by checking your mobile phone’s App Store or Play Store.
  3. Open the myWallbox app and log in. If you are not automatically logged in please fill in your credentials.
  4. Once logged in select your charger.
  5. On the charger screen, tap the Settings gear icon.
  6. Click on Installation options.
  7. Tap Restore.
  8. Click Restore to launch the restoration process.
  9. The restoration is now processing, please wait until the loading bar is completed and the mention “Your charger has been restored” appears.

Do not leave this page or close the app, as this will interrupt the update process and might damage your charger.
