How to create scheduled charging sessions with the myWallbox app

You can create, delete and manage a scheduled charging session for your Wallbox charger through the myWallbox mobile app at any time.

Remember that if your charger is in locked mode when you connect your EV, the scheduled charging session will not be able to start.

How to create a scheduled charging session

  1. Open the myWallbox app.
  2. To ensure that the steps below run smoothly, make sure both your charger and myWallbox app are running the latest version available (you can check the app version in your Play Store or App Store and the software version in the Release Notes section).

  3. Log into the App by filling in your credentials, or register if you do not have an account yet. Make sure your charger is connected to your smartphone charger via Bluetooth.

  4. Select your charger.

  5. Once the connection between your app and your charger is established, tap Add schedule.
  6. Define the start/end times and the day(s) the scheduled charging session will take place. Tap Add schedule to validate.
  7. Your schedule is ready and displayed on the control screen of your charger. You will receive a notification on your smartphone 10 minutes before the beginning of the schedulede charge.
  8. If you connect your car and a scheduled charge is active your charger’s LED will blink in turquoise.
