Users can use a PIN (Personal Identification Number) to authenticate to their assigned charger(s). This PIN will remain unique for each user. To use this functionality, each user needs to set up a four-digit PIN in their user settings of the myWallbox portal or myWallbox app.
From the Portal
- Log in to your Wallbox account on the portal.
- Click “Settings”.
- Scroll until the Commander PIN section.
- Click the pen icon to edit the PIN’s four digits and click “Save changes”.
- Your identification PIN is now configured.
From the app
- Log in to your Wallbox account on the app.
- Click the profile icon > Personal info.
- Scroll down until Commander PIN.
- Enter a four digits PIN and click “Save”.
- Your identification PIN is now configured.
