How to add/update your payment method on the portal

You can easily update your payment method through the myWallbox portal.

Only bank cards are accepted as payment methods.

  1. Log into the myWallbox portal.
  2. Click the profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. In the Billing details sections, fill-in your information to be able to edit your payment method.
  5. Click Add payment method/Modify payment method and indicate your credit/debit card details.
  6. Click Add.
  7. Click Save changes.

Your payment method is now updated.
